What to {Talk} About??

I feel like I'm in a creative writing rut.
Every time I sit down to write a post, I can't get the right words out.  What is going on with me?!?
(hence my absences, sorry everyone!)

I'm pretty sure it's because I have such a routine in school that I don't really have much to say about my day to day. I wake up, go to school, work out, study, write newspaper articles, and then attend some sort of Alpha Phi event. Even the weekends have been pretty much the same lately.

I need a little somethin' somethin' to spice up my life!
DIY projects, baking, going out to eat, shopping, fun hikes, anything different really.
I think seeing Bubs and my family this weekend (eeeek! so excited) is going to be just what I need.

And also, I'm getting reallllly anxious for summer...please please come faster!

  1. DIY projects, baking, going out to eat & shopping are all good ideas! We all have days when we sit down to write & just don't have anything to write about!

  2. The hardest part about blogging is trying to find new material. My best advice is scroll through tons of blogs each day, find what you are interested in reading about, and than work off someone elses ideas. obviously don't plagiarize, but if you see someone writing about their favorite J.Crew find, you can do the same for our favorite store. etc. It's my favorite way to give myself that creative push I need! xo

  3. SAN DIEGO POST! I can't wait. :D Seriously, I'm so excited. It's so close!!! Also, I don't know if you have seen the blog every day in may link up, but it has some pretty good topics! I'm not keeping up with it, but I wrote down all the topics I liked and I'll write about them sometime. When does school end for you??

  4. Girl your blog posts are so darn cute. You don't have to be super creative when you write, just let all your thoughts out! You've been doin DIY and baking?! Girl! Write about those! I could definitely use some recipes in my life.
